Oh, I think he might be getting muddled with the call for people to keep *regular* diaries! They've been saying that for years, otherwise I would definitely have applied to do that.

We do accept applications from people who meet two of the three criteria (for example, we would accept female writers aged between 16-44, living in the North), but due to limited resources we are sadly unable to accept all applicants. Please do not apply unless you meet at least two of the three criteria."
Boo, I have finally exceeded their age limit but I still fail on the other two. I will have to move/change gender.
